We launched the hub underpinning the Thomas & Friends APAC strategy. APAC Mums are the gatekeepers for deciding what products and entertainment their children are exposed to. Motivated to see their child succeed in life, content with a positive moral message and constructive effect on a child’s development is heavily favored.

Therefore we developed the Life Lesson platform, demonstrating the educational benefits of Thomas & Friends in order to get mums to buy into the brand and introduce it to their children.

We utilised traditional media, social media and CRM strategies to acquire new customers; drive them to the hub where we demonstrated the benefits of storytelling and used specialist experts to show mums how Thomas & Friends can teach important Life Lessons to their children. We used real testimonials to show the ‘real world’ benefits children have experienced with Thomas & Friends and build advocacy.

A highly engaging interface and rich content immerses the visitor in the magical world of Thomas and Friends. Mums are introduced to Child Development Expert, Dr. Vanessa Von Auer, who explains how children can learn valuable life lessons such as; courage, teamwork and responsibility as well as physical, cognitive and social skills.

Using our proprietary OneHQ platform, we delivered a multi-regional content management solution where marketers from China, India, Indonesia and SEA could manage product, event and fun activity content.
